Western Fair

I have been steadily feeling better which is great. It's nice to have some energy back.

Sean, Mom and I took Sydney to the Western Fair on Saturday. The fair was packed as the weather was great, but the new layout at the fair seemed to make it feel less busy.

First we headed over to the kiddie land for some rides. Sydney went on the pony ride and the merry-go-round! I then took her on one of the 4x4 truck rides where you sit and pretend to drive the truck around a track. These rides are NOT meant for adults. My legs were pretty much wrapped around my head! But Sydney had fun and that's the most important thing.

We decided we were all hungry so dinner was the next order of business. Hot dogs and french fries. Then off to the St. Anne's booth for a slice of their famous pie. Yummy!

After eating we went over to the new Agri-Plex building to see all of the animals. Sydney was loving all of the newly born piggies and lambs. So cute!

To round out the evening we headed back to a different kiddie land for a couple more rides on the merry-go-round.

Whew, we were all pooped afterwards. But we all had a great day.

You gotta love the Western Fair!
